Definition of Application Letter

Application letter is a letter that you write to the company when you want to applying for a job. It introduces you to potential employers for the position your applying for.

Purpose of Application Letter

To express your interested in their position on the company. It for showcases your ability and your skill on the position from your experience.

Language of Application Letter

1. A specific start 

2. Explain yourself

3. Acknowledge employer's preference

4. Equest contact

5. Professional presentation.

Generic Structure of Application Letter

1. Introduction

 Why are you writing? Because you have recently graduated and this company or position appeals to you. The first paragraph should refer to the job for which you are applying and how you heard about it.

2. Motivation

Explain why you want to take this job and to show that you are the best candidate for the position that you want to take in the company. 

3. Requirements

In the job that we want to take, there always have a requirements.So the requirements probably is list of number.

4. Conclusion

The last sentence that you will be pleased to provide further information in person.
